Christina graduated in 2013 from the University of Norfolk State where she received her master’s in social work. She received her License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW in 2017. Christina has been in private practice since then doing one on one, marriage, and family counseling.
Christina has been practicing yoga since 2002 and has seen the immense benefits of yoga physically, mentally, and emotionally. Christina is a certified yoga instructor RYT 200. Christina is trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, some Yin and Ashtanga. Christina is also trained in meditation, breathe work, and chanting. Christina received her training and certification at Atma Bodha Yoga Studio in Virginia Beach Virginia. Christina has been certified since 2016.
Christina spent 3 months in India where she learned about the unique and life altering healing technique of Reiki. After returning she took level I and II Reiki training in California in 2010. Christina has continued to practice Reiki on others as well as herself and continues to experience the benefits of Reiki.
Christina completed her year long apprenticeship in the Adean Mysticism Shamanic practice in Virginia in 2023.
