Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration. 

I tailor all private sessions to your unique and individual needs. I do my best to support all in a group session and see no more than 4 individuals for a group session. I believe that every body is created differently and therefore, every body needs different types of movement. Some movement is needed by most but we are all at different stages of flexibility and connection with our bodies, calling for different movement interventions. 

I offer advanced to beginner poses that support an array of needs for every body!
